Pooja Entertainment is one of India’s largest film production and distribution companies. Formerly known as Puja Films. The company was founded by renowned film producer Mr. Vashu Bhagnani in 1986 and is currently headed by actor, producer Mr. Jackky Bhagnani and film producer Mrs. Deepshikha Deshmukh. Its headquarter in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The company's key people are Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, and Deepshikha Deshmukh. 

Since 1995, Pooja Entertainment has produced and distributed more than 30 films, including some of the most popular ones in Indian cinema history. As a result, it has established itself as a major player in the Indian film and entertainment sector.

Recent reports indicate that the company is facing financial difficulties due to the underperformance of recent films like "Ganapath" and "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan", leading to debt and the sale of its Mumbai office to repay dues. 
The company was involved in a legal dispute with Netflix in 2024 over unpaid dues, which was later settled with Netflix agreeing to pay a sum. 
Several crew members and actors have publicly claimed that they are owed money for their work on Pooja Entertainment projects.
