1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using IMDH, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and all other operational rules, policies, and procedures that may be published on the Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Eligibility

To use IMDH, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from our platform

5 Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software) are owned by IMDH, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Content

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without prior written consent, except:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials for page access
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your browser
• You may print or download reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use

Trademarks

IMDH, our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of IMDH or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

6 User-Generated Content

IMDH may allow you to submit, post, or share content such as reviews, ratings, comments, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content
• Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content
• Agree that your content does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights
• Acknowledge that we may remove content that violates our policies

We do not claim ownership of your User Content. However, by posting content on IMDH, you grant other users permission to view and share your content as permitted by the Services.

7 Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any information obtained will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

8 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IMDH, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Services
• Any other matter relating to the Services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

9 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IMDH and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your User Content
• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of our policies or guidelines
• Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our business
• Upon your request for account deletion

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IMDH is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you through the Services or via email.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.
